The Awards and Scholarships Steering Committee provides insights and recommendations for SCELC’s award and scholarship program.
The ASSC advises SCELC on selection of awardees, the sustainability of the program, ongoing evaluation, design of scoring rubrics, suggestions for improvement and recommendations for the SCELC funding priorities and award types, as well as ensuring that the program meets the needs of the SCELC community and aligns with the organization’s mission.
