SCELC Channel One: LibGuides Hackening, v2.0

UPDATE: Today's chatlog and slides are available here, and the recording is available below:

A few years ago we hosted the LibGuides Hackening on Channel One, where a cohort of SCELC Member librarians explored the boundaries of Springshare's LibGuides platform by showcasing various levels of customization each institution had made to their LibGuides sites. And now we are back with a new version number update!

This week, Anders Lyon from v1.0 returns with a colleague from the University of San Francisco to walk us through a version of a talk they co-presented this past March at Computers in Libraries. Their talk will cover the design thinking and the practical implementation processes you can replicate to establish a consistent design system for you and your staff in LibGuides. We'll close out the hour with traditional C1-style community discussion, so bring your LibGuides design experiences this week for our design gurus and your fellow Channel Oners!

Presenters:
Anders Lyon
User Experience & Web Design Librarian
&
Katlyn Murphy
Electronic Resources & Systems Assistant
University of San Francisco
