Board Committees

Executive Committee

There shall be a standing Executive Committee of nine (9) Board members, consisting of: the President (“Executive Director”); Treasurer; Secretary; Chair; Vice-Chair/Chair Elect; Past Chair; and three Directors At-Large, representing academic libraries in Northern California and Southern California, and non- academic library membership, respectively.

Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee is made up four (4) Board members: the Northern California At Large Director; the Southern California At Large Director; the Non-Academic At Large Director; and the Past Chair of the Board, who shall chair the Committee.

Finance Committee

Upon the recommendation of the Executive Committee, the Board shall annually appoint a Finance Committee (“Finance Committee” or “FC”) of no more than five (5) Board members. The Executive Director and the Treasurer shall serve as ex officio members of the Finance Committee. The Committee shall select its own Chair.
