Vendor Application for Vendor Day

Space is limited at Vendor Day, so while we do our best to accommodate as many participating vendors as possible, we cannot guarantee that every vendor that would like to attend will be invited.

Official invitations will go out in January.

Vendor participation costs only $460.00 per company. You will get table space and chairs, as well as an electronic classroom for presenting your products throughout the day. You will be invoiced upon notification of your acceptance.

We are interested in sponsorship opportunities in addition to the $460.00 fee

Vendor Day sponsorships are welcome (and encouraged!). Sponsors are listed in the Vendor Day Program as well as being posted prominently on signage at the event. Sponsorships subsidize the meals and drinks provided to all attendees as well as helping underwrite other costs associated with Vendor Day. Please check with the SCELC office for any questions about sponsorship levels.
