SCELC Library and Information Science Scholarship

Announcing the 2008 Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium (SCELC) Library Science Scholarship Award! This is a program of the SCELC Program and Professional Development Committee, (PPDC).

SCELC is offering six $800 scholarships. Staff of SCELC member libraries who are currently enrolled in an ALA-accredited graduate library science program are eligible.

To be eligible, applicants must be currently employed at a SCELC member library, and must have completed at least 6 credit hours at the time of application.

All application materials must be received at the SCELC office by noon on May 15, 2008. Award winners will be notified after June 15, 2008.
