Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program
One of the benefits of membership in SCELC is our Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program. This Program is intended to enable mutual borrowing for faculty or other qualified researchers among participating SCELC libraries. SCELC has revised its reciprocal borrowing policies and procedures, so please review the Policies and Procedures.
To participate in this program your institution must submit an RFBP Participation Form to the SCELC Administrative Office. Please download the form and fill out the document on your computer. Print, sign and mail a hard copy of the completed form to the SCELC office at the mailing address noted below:
To confirm that a faculty member is authorized to participate in this program or for specific procedures, policies, and restrictions at participating institutions, check the list of RFBP Participants and their associated documents. You also can download the Authorization form for Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Privileges.
We strongly encourage you to participate in the SCELC Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program. This is a privilege of membership that helps SCELC libraries improve resource sharing among member libraries throughout the state of California.
If you are interested in participating or would like to find out more information, please contact SCELC HQ.
