SCELC ERMS

The SCELC ERMS (Electronic Resource Management System) is one of your principal benefits of membership to SCELC. Developed in partnership with Serials Solutions, the SCELC ERMS provides the following services:

• See all databases, journals and vendors available through SCELC
• Review all licenses and license terms for SCELC-licensed resources
• See which SCELC libraries are subscribing to a particular vendor's product
• Research Serials Solutions' entire knowledgebase of e-resources, whether or not SCELC licenses a service

Included with the SCELC ERMS is an E-Journal Portal, which enables SCELC members to see all of the databases, journals, and providers available through SCELC. It also provides a link to terms of use for a wide variety of SCELC resources.
