Session 1
Black Studies Center / Film Studies (FIAF)/ Assorted Chadwyck Healey Resources in the perfoming arts.
The Black Studies Center fills multiple needs for a library: historical context with the Chicago Defender, Examination of Current African American culture in the International Index to Black Periodicals and overall perspective with the Schomburg Essays. In addition, Chadwyck Healey offers a variety of resources in the performing arts from film to theatre, to music. This session will provide an overview of these resources.

Session 2
The 19th Century resources available from ProQuest - Parliamentary Papers, C19, British Periodicals and PAO
How easy is it for your students to find key resources for the 19th Century? The C19 index provides the backbone for a wealth of original source documents in the 19th Century from ProQuest and Chadwyck Healey including Parliamentary Papers, British Periodicals and Scholarly journals. This session will examine ProQuest/Chadwyck Healey's abundance of resources for this period and discuss a special program built for smaller libraries interested in the scholarly content in the Periodical Archive Online.

Session 3
E-Books: Safari Tech Books / Safari Business Books / MyiLibrary - Medical
Safari Tech Books has grown to 3,000 + titles. Business Books is now 1,000+ titles. Indexing to Tech and Business books is an optional addition to ABI/INFORM. New subscription model eliminates swapping to get newer editions / titles in Safari. 3,700 + medical books of MyiLibrary can be cross-searched with medical journals. Publishers include Blackwell, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley and Palgrave. MyiLibrary collections may acquired via purchase or subscription.

ut of Proquest Business Resources with ONE CLICK - Accounting and Tax with Standards, The Historic Annual reports
If you're an ABI subscriber or are interested in becoming one, there are tools in place now which will help you maximize your business resources from ProQuest or other electronic platforms in your library. In addition we'll look at Accounting & Tax which includes standards from FASB, GASB and IASB available and searchable as never before. Historical annual reports are available now and are a complement to Historical Wall St. Journal and all of the Historic newspapers from Proquest. Factiva continues to provide broad access to current business journals and newswires in addition to company profiles and the ability to create company reports and company competitors.

ProQuest Historical Newspapers / Current Newspapers/ Newspaper Direct
