SCELC Vendor Day 2007: About Altarama Information Systems

We will be doing two session types during SCELC's Vendor Day, alternating between them through each of the presentation time slots:

• Session A: Reference Statistics Made Easy...and Meaningful
  • We'll walk thru DeskStats which makes real-time capture of detailed reference metrics as easy as a mouse click. Then we'll show how easy reporting and analysis can really be. DeskStats is available as a module of RefTracker, or as a standalone application on your desktop.

• Session B: Reference Request Management...the missing module
  • We'll introduce you to RefTracker, with an emphasis on how our client libraries are using it to bring the growing number of disparate reference services under a single umbrella for reporting, quality control and knowledge-base creation.
